Laura Clements has a degree in music, a PGCE in class music teaching and over 20 years of music teaching experience. Having started her teaching career as a head of music in a large secondary school, she now brings a wide knowledge of teaching styles to her individual pupils, enabling her to communicate effectively with all, whilst helping them to reach their maximum potential.
Laura currently spits her time between Buckingham and Summertown, North Oxford and teaches at a various local schools and privately in her home. She enjoys nurturing the talent of people between the ages of 5 and 70+, and can cater for pupils from beginners up to grade 8. Pupils can be entered for music exams, prepared for the performing element of GCSE and A-level music as required, or just enjoy making progress through a wide variety of repertoire tailored to the interests of the pupil. Laura is DBS cleared, and also teaches online.
